Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader (TL) to lead and drive high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FinTech industry with organizations like PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, or similar digital payment companies.

Candidates with strong leadership skills, team management experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze sales reports and prepare MIS reports.
• Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing deals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in FinTech companies such as PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, or similar is preferred.

• Experience in similar leadership roles will be an added advantage.
• Local candidates will be preferred.
