Job Summary

We are hiring a Team Leader (TL) for our Logistics Operations team in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in last-mile delivery, logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and team management. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure smooth daily operations, timely shipment processing, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate with the operations team.
• Ensure timely processing, sorting, and dispatch of shipments.
• Monitor delivery performance and operational KPIs.
• Resolve field-level operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with delivery executives and hub teams.
• Maintain operational records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Improve productivity and service quality.
• Support smooth warehouse and transportation operations.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and shipment management.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
