Technical Trainer – Fresher

Yuvashakti Foundation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Technical Trainers in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for delivering basic technical and practical training to ITI and Diploma apprentices placed at industry partner locations. The role provides an opportunity for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to begin their career in technical training, skill development and youth empowerment.

1. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for ITI and Diploma apprentices, explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner, support trainee assessments, maintain training records and documentation, coordinate with the Head Office team for training activities, and monitor trainee learning and progress.

2. Eligibility: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers Only. Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in teaching and technical training.
