Tele Marketing executive

The role involves making outbound calls, introducing the company and its offerings, answering basic customer queries, maintaining regular follow-ups, and updating customer information accurately. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with different types of customers and should have a polite, professional, and positive approach during conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce available products or services.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Generate new leads through regular calling and follow-up activities.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.

Follow up with interested customers and support the conversion process.

Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

Coordinate with the team and share regular updates.

Handle customer questions professionally and build good relationships.

Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Hindi and English, confidence while speaking on calls, and a willingness to learn. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
