We are seeking a highly analytical, target-driven SEO Manager to spearhead our search engine optimization department. If you have a proven track record of handling enterprise-level organic traffic portfolios, implementing next-generation AEO/GEO architectures, and leading agile digital marketing teams, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Organic Growth: Formulate and execute comprehensive multi-channel technical SEO, On-page, and Off-page strategies to scale high-intent organic traffic.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale an in-house team of SEO executives, content writers, and link-building specialists to achieve monthly ranking milestones.
• Advanced Tech SEO Management: Conduct deep-dive structural audits focusing on Core Web Vitals, advanced XML sitemaps, semantic JS rendering, structural Schema schema configurations, and indexation fixes.
• Algorithm Adaptability: Stay ahead of search updates to safeguard domain authority against Google core updates, and deploy frameworks for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Data Diagnostics: Maintain exhaustive monthly performance roadmaps using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with frontend developer infrastructure and content marketing cells to ensure flawless deployment of SEO recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of absolute tenure inside a digital marketing agency or an enterprise e-commerce tech house.
• Niche Competency: Mastery over enterprise link architecture, programmatic keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and international SEO management.
• Leadership Traits: Prior experience managing a tech team of at least 4–6 professionals with high accountability targets.
• Communication: Flawless English verbal and analytical reporting capabilities to present ROI summaries directly to project stake owners.
