About the Company

We are a premier corporate operations and enterprise solutions firm based in Mohali. We manage extensive multi-facility asset lifecycles across the Chandigarh Tricity region. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, methodical Fixed Asset Manager / Stock Verification Manager with over 3 years of core experience. If you are an expert in inventory auditing, physical asset tagging, reconciliation, and internal operational compliance, and are ready for an immediate in-person assessment, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical Stock Verification: Lead and execute periodic, comprehensive physical verification audits of all fixed assets and inventory across multi-site corporate locations.
• Asset Tracking & Tagging: Implement and maintain robust asset tracking systems, managing barcodes, RFID tags, and serial number mapping to ensure perfect physical visibility.
• Ledger Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile physical stock sheets with financial ledgers, ERP records, and balance sheet depreciation accounts, highlighting and resolving discrepancies instantly.
• Disposal & Lifecycle Tracking: Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets from procurement log-ins, inter-departmental transfers, and periodic impairment checks to final scrap disposal authorizations.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Formulate strict internal audit policies, asset control checklists, and stock movement protocols to eliminate leakage, damage, or theft.
• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed audit summaries, inventory variance statements, and compliance reports for senior leadership and statutory accounting teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of solid experience specifically in fixed asset accounting, inventory management, or industrial stock verification.
• Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Tally Prime), and asset management applications.
• Attributes: High analytical skills, unmatched integrity, strong physical audit stamina, and excellent field navigation across the Tricity area.
• Mandatory Requirement: The candidate must be fully available to attend strict face-to-face technical interview rounds at our Mohali office.
