About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AdSense Monetization Executive (ADX) to join our digital monetization team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers interested in Google AdSense, website monetization, digital advertising, and online revenue generation.

The selected candidate will help manage advertising performance, monitor website monetization, analyze reports, and support strategies to improve ad revenue while following Google AdSense policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Google AdSense account management and website monetization activities.

• Monitor ad impressions, clicks, RPM, CTR, CPC, and estimated revenue.

• Analyze website traffic and advertising performance using available analytics tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve ad placement, viewability, and user experience.

• Support content optimization and website performance improvement.

• Prepare daily and weekly monetization performance reports.

• Coordinate with content, SEO, and website development teams.

• Stay updated on Google AdSense policies and digital advertising trends.

• Help troubleshoot basic ad-serving and monetization issues.

• Ensure all monetization activities follow Google policies, without invalid clicks or artificial traffic.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant digital skills may apply.

• Basic knowledge of computers, the internet, and websites.

• Interest in Google AdSense, SEO, digital marketing, or online advertising.

• Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn.

• Good communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
