About the Role

We are a premium digital publishing house looking for a highly analytical and experienced Website Monetization Specialist who is an expert in managing Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) and AdX. This is a core revenue-generation role where you will take complete ownership of programmatic ad operations, maximize ad yield, optimize floor prices, and manage open bidding/header bidding implementations to boost our website's overall eCPM and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Operations Management: Set up, traffic, and manage programmatic, direct, and house ad campaigns seamlessly within Google Ad Manager (GAM).
Yield Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad layouts, sizes, and placements to maximize CTR and eCPM across desktop and mobile versions.
AdX & Header Bidding: Manage floor pricing rules in Google AdX, analyze open bidding metrics, and coordinate with developers to troubleshoot Prebid/Header Bidding setups.
Revenue Tracking & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing revenue generation, traffic discrepancies, fill rates, and impressions.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve ad rendering issues, core web vital impacts caused by ads, policy violations, and script errors on websites.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in programmatic ad operations and website monetization.
Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Google AdX, Google AdSense, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (specifically ad tags and GPT library), and Prebid setups.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data manipulation skills using Excel or Google Sheets to track revenue performance patterns.
