Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive (Female) for our International BPO in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Attendance Management, Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding, Documentation, Payroll Support, and Employee Engagement.

The candidate will play a key role in managing HR processes and ensuring smooth workforce operations for the Inbound Sales Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Handle HR documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases.
• Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Manage employee grievances and HR queries.
• Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (HR) Preferred.
