Salary – 35k to 60k per month + Incentive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and drive a team for FM Radio Music Subscription International Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of sales executives, achieving revenue targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of International Sales Executives

* Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Monitor calls, provide feedback, and improve team performance

* Train, mentor, and motivate team members

* Maintain quality standards and compliance with international sales processes

* Prepare performance reports and track team productivity

* Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales

* Coordinate with management for process improvement and target achievement

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in International Sales / BPO

* At least 3 year of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive

* Experience in subscription sales, media sales, or radio/music services preferred

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Strong sales and target-driven mindset

* Ability to manage team performance and provide coaching

Qualification:

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
