Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Wooden Modular Manager to oversee the planning, production, quality, and installation of wooden and modular furniture projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of woodworking, modular furniture, materials, hardware, production processes, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and execution of wooden and modular furniture projects.

• Supervise carpenters, production staff, installers, and other workers.

• Coordinate with designers, draftsmen, site teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.

• Review drawings and ensure accurate execution as per design and specifications.

• Plan materials, hardware, manpower, and production schedules.

• Monitor quality, finishing, measurements, and installation standards.

• Control material wastage, production costs, and project timelines.

• Identify and resolve production, site, and installation-related issues.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.

• Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular project updates to management.

• Ensure projects are completed within the required quality, cost, and timeline parameters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in wooden furniture, modular furniture, interior fit-outs, or carpentry production.

• Strong knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, wood, hardware, and modular furniture systems.

• Experience in handling teams and managing multiple projects.

• Ability to read and understand furniture drawings and measurements.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of quality control, production planning, and site execution.
