The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Domestic & International IT Recruitment, sourcing technical professionals, and managing end-to-end hiring. Experience in recruiting Cloud Sales and IT Sales professionals will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic & International IT positions. Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job portals, and employee referrals. Screen technical profiles and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Manage multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously. Recruit Cloud Sales and IT Sales professionals. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Work closely with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
