Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Domestic & International IT Recruitment, sourcing technical professionals, and managing end-to-end hiring. Experience in recruiting Cloud Sales and IT Sales professionals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic & International IT positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Screen technical profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Recruit Cloud Sales and IT Sales professionals.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
