Identify mechanical, structural, and safety-related issues in vehicles. Use diagnostic tools and software for inspection and reporting. Maintain accurate inspection and repair records through digital platforms. Generate inspection reports and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to improve vehicle quality. Calibrate and configure inspection equipment and diagnostic tools. Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Train technicians on updated inspection procedures and software tools. Stay updated with industry standards and latest inspection technologies. EDUCATION Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Automotive Engineering OR Relevant Technical Qualification REQUIREMENTS Experience in bike inspection, servicing, diagnostics, or workshop operations. Strong understanding of: Engine Systems Brake Systems Suspension Systems Drivetrain Components Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Experience using diagnostic software and inspection tools.
