📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed inspections of two-wheelers to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards.

• Identify mechanical, structural, and safety-related issues in vehicles.

• Use diagnostic tools and software for inspection and reporting.

• Maintain accurate inspection and repair records through digital platforms.

• Generate inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to improve vehicle quality.

• Calibrate and configure inspection equipment and diagnostic tools.

• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Train technicians on updated inspection procedures and software tools.

• Stay updated with industry standards and latest inspection technologies.

🎓 EDUCATION

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Automotive Engineering
• OR Relevant Technical Qualification

• Experience in bike inspection, servicing, diagnostics, or workshop operations.

• Strong understanding of:

• Brake Systems

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Experience using diagnostic software and inspection tools.
