We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can handle property inquiries, assist clients throughout the sales process, and maintain accurate property inventory records. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries. * Assist customers in understanding property options and scheduling site visits. * Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales. * Maintain and update property inventory records in Excel. * Coordinate with the sales team regarding property availability and pricing. * Keep property details, booking status, and inventory updated. * Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements * 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred). * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining inventory and sales records. * Ability to confidently interact with clients. * Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. * Strong follow-up and customer handling skills. * Graduate preferred (12th Pass/Undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Location Sector 57, Gurugram (Work from Office) How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly or send their resume via LinkedIn.
