About Us
Krishna Associates & Developers is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can handle property inquiries, assist clients throughout the sales process, and maintain accurate property inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries.
* Assist customers in understanding property options and scheduling site visits.
* Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain and update property inventory records in Excel.
* Coordinate with the sales team regarding property availability and pricing.
* Keep property details, booking status, and inventory updated.
* Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining inventory and sales records.
* Ability to confidently interact with clients.
* Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
* Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
* Graduate preferred (12th Pass/Undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply
💰 ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
