Complex Trouble Shooting & Diagnosis System Telemetry: Utilize OEM diagnostic software (e. g., ODIS, ISTA, Techstream) to read fault codes, interpret live data streams, and map out vehicle network communications (CAN-bus, LIN-bus). Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex driveability issues, intermittent electrical gremlins, parasitic battery drains, and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) alignment sensor faults. EV & Hybrid Mastery: Safely isolate, test, and repair high-voltage hybrid and fully electric vehicle drivetrains, battery modules, and thermal management loops. 2. Precision Repairs & Engineering Calibration Component Overhauls: Execute highly technical component replacements, including engine internal teardowns, transmission rebuilding, complex steering rack programming, and turbocharger replacements. Software Flashing: Perform control module programming, software updates, and security component adaptations using secure manufacturer clouds. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous road tests and data-logging to confirm the underlying issue has been permanently resolved before releasing the vehicle to the Service Advisor. 3. Documentation & Safety Detailed Story Writing: Document clear, concise diagnostic steps, specific test measurements (such as voltages, pressures, or resistance values), and required parts lists on the digital job card. Workshop Safety: Strictly adhere to workshop safety guidelines, especially regarding workshop equipment operations and high-voltage EV safety protocols (using insulated tools, high-voltage gloves, and lockout-tagout systems).
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 25 years of successful sales experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, high-end real estate, or luxury hospitality. Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse effortlessly with high-profile corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and HNWIs. Professional Presence: Impeccable grooming, executive-level presentation, and a highly polished demeanor. Technical Aptitude: Comfort learning complex automotive technology, electric vehicle (EV) ecosystems, and modern CRM systems. Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), active listening, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset. Credentials: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
