The selected professional will handle machinery operations, fabrication, equipment maintenance, and component assembly with high precision and industrial safety compliance. Key Responsibilities • Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications accurately for production runs. • Perform precision fitting, component alignment, assembly, and fabrication using workshop machinery and tools. • Inspect raw materials and finished workpieces using precision measurement instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers). • Execute routine machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to prevent unscheduled operational downtime. • Adhere strictly to workplace occupational safety, PPE protocols, and 5S workshop housekeeping guidelines. • Collaborate with production supervisors, machinists, and quality control inspectors to achieve daily production targets. Required Skills and Qualifications • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or related technical trade. • Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing plant operations, fabrication units, or engineering workshops. • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools, lathe machines, cutting equipment, or electrical systems. • Sound technical understanding of engineering tolerances, metal fabrication, and mechanical assemblies. • Physical stamina and dexterity required for workshop floor activities and machinery handling. Preferred Candidate Profile • Candidates residing in or near Gurugram or willing to commute to Sector 35, Gurugram, Haryana. • Willingness to work in standard industrial manufacturing shifts.
