Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and customer-focused Delivery Executive to deliver milk to customer orders safely and on time. The role involves Purchasing, route planning, doorstep delivery, customer interaction, payment handling where applicable, and updating delivery status through the company application. These are standard responsibilities across delivery roles. Key Responsibilities Collect assigned orders from the warehouse/store and verify quantity and items. Ensure products are properly handled and protected during transportation. Plan efficient delivery routes using navigation applications. Maintain professional and polite communication with customers. Confirm delivery and update the order status in the mobile application. Handle customer queries, refused orders, returns, and undelivered orders appropriately. Report delivery delays, address issues, product damage, or customer complaints immediately. Maintain daily delivery records and submit required reports. Follow all traffic, road-safety, and company guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle. Skills Required Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic smartphone and delivery-app knowledge. Good knowledge of the local area and routes. Time management and punctuality. Responsible and trustworthy attitude. Ability to work independently in field conditions. Target-oriented and willing to work flexible shifts. Basic cash-handling and calculation skills. Eligibility Education: 10th / 12th / Any Degree. Experience: Freshers can apply; delivery experience is an advantage. Part Time / Full Time Valid two-wheeler driving licence. Own two-wheeler preferred/required depending on company policy.
