Job Description

Target Role:Accountant in Mumbai

Eligibility:Any Graduate

Direct Process:0% Placement Charges

Day to day Accounting in Tally with Cost centre and inventory
Working knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Expense booking, Creditor and Debtor knock-off, bank entries
Knowledge of monthly books closure and year end workings
Basic knowledge of TDS rates and applicability
TDS working and data compilation
GST Working and Return Filing
Correspondence over emails and messages with Clients
Working knowledge of excel
Strong with accounting basics and good speed with accounting data entries
Should have a good English communication.
Working on GST filing and GST Return
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Perform GST reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
Maintain TDS records, certificates, and related documentation.
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics.
Hands-on experience in GST return filing and TDS return filing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of invoicing, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
Good communication and organizational skills.
