Industry / Category: Accounts & Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: On-site / Standard Workplace Job Overview Red gem food Pvt Ltd is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant Male to manage accounting, taxation, and financial compliance for our operations in Jhundpur, Sonipat, Haryana. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, Tally Prime / ERP 9 data entries, GST invoicing, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments. Key Responsibilities • Record daily financial transactions, purchase orders, sales vouchers, and journal entries in Tally Prime / ERP 9. • Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations, cash book verifications, and petty cash disbursements. • Prepare GST sales/purchase data, assist in filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and reconcile TDS tax deductions. • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, verify vendor bills, and monitor overdue receivables. • Process employee payroll calculations, overtime records, and statutory PF/ESIC monthly chalans. • Compile monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet schedules, and MIS reports for management review. Required Skills and Qualifications • B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or related accounting degree. • Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). • Sound foundational understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST rules, and TDS compliance. • High numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to detect bookkeeping anomalies. • Male candidates preferred as per branch shift requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile • Candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience in commercial businesses or CA firms. • Immediate joiners residing in or near Sonipat capable of managing company accounts independently.
