Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on UG & PG programs.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and follow-ups.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Guide students through the complete admission journey.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve monthly admission targets and build strong student relationships.

Requirements

6 months to 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
