• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, scholarships, and career options.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and online inquiries.
• Conduct institute tours and explain facilities and teaching methodology.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students until admission is completed.

Lead Management

• Maintain and update inquiry records in the CRM or admission register.
• Track daily leads from all marketing sources.
• Ensure timely follow-up of every inquiry.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Documentation

• Verify admission forms and required documents.
• Collect and maintain student records.
• Coordinate fee collection with the accounts department.
• Ensure all admission documentation is complete and accurate.

Parent Relationship

• Build strong relationships with parents and students.
• Address admission-related queries professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.
