Key Information

 

·         Position:  AI / LLM Engineer

·         Experience: Freshers (0 - 1 year experience / Academic projects or AI bootcamps are a plus)

·         Location: Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Chennai (In-Office)

·         Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7 days notice)

·         Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month

·         Annual Compensation (CTC): ₹6,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 Per Annum (6.0 LPA - 9.0 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in designing, developing, and fine-tuning AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).

·         Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

·         Write clean, maintainable, and optimized data preprocessing and model evaluation scripts using Python.

·         Collaborate with data engineers to curate, clean, and structure large datasets for training and validation.

·         Build and experiment with AI agents, prompt engineering techniques, and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB).

·         Work closely with senior AI scientists and product teams to integrate AI models into user-facing web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python and standard libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).

·         AI/ML Frameworks: Solid conceptual knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

·         LLM Foundations: Basic understanding of Transformer architectures, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Embeddings.

·         Databases: Familiarity with Vector Databases (Chroma, Pinecone, or Milvus) and SQL/NoSQL databases.

·         Tools: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Jupyter Notebooks.

·         Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, mathematical aptitude, and eagerness to stay updated with daily AI advancements.

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
