Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Assist in training, evaluating, and fine-tuning deep learning models and generative AI systems using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Algorithm Optimization: Implement and test state-of-the-art AI algorithms to improve performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
• Data Architecture: Clean, curate, and preprocess complex multimodal datasets (text, image, audio) for model consumption.
• Prompt Engineering & Agent Workflows: Design and test system prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agent architectures.
• API Integration: Deploy AI models as scalable microservices and integrate them seamlessly into production web applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Freshers (Class of 2025 / 2026) with elite AI/ML academic projects, GitHub portfolios, Kaggle rankings, or research publication contributions.
• Education: B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, MS, or MCA in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Skills

Elite proficiency in Python, deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs), and SQL.

• Frameworks & Libraries: Practical exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenCV, and NumPy.
• Mathematical Strength: Strong foundational knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and advanced statistical modeling.
