Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant, proactive Graduate/Fresher Cybersecurity Analyst to join our security operations team. You will monitor networks, detect potential security vulnerabilities, and assist in implementing robust defenses to safeguard critical infrastructure and sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) tools for alerts.

·         Assist in vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing activities.

·         Analyze system logs, network traffic, and access patterns for anomalies.

·         Participate in incident response documentation and initial triage processes.

·         Support the implementation of access control lists and firewall policies.

Required Skills

·         Foundational understanding of network security, TCP/IP, and OSI models.

·         Familiarity with core operating systems including Linux and Windows Server.

·         Basic understanding of security concepts like encryption, hashing, and IAM.

·         Exposure to security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, or Metasploit.

·         Knowledge of common web vulnerabilities like OWASP Top 10.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Degree in B.Tech/M.Tech (CS, IT, Cyber Security), BCA, or MCA.

·         Baseline entry-level certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CCNA.

·         Academic security projects, CTF (Capture the Flag) experience, or relevant labs.
