Payroll Model: On-roll with HGS for 1 year, with a performance-based planned transition to IDFC FIRST Bank’s payroll

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹30,000 fixed in-hand monthly (plus generous performance incentives)

• Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Experienced (BPO/Telesales): Up to ₹25,000 per month

• Experienced (Insurance Sales - Thane): Up to ₹30,000 per month

About the Opportunity:

IDFC FIRST Bank, in partnership with Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), is hiring motivated professionals for outbound banking sales operations. This position is a permanent, day-shift role designed for candidates looking to build a stable and high-growth career in the banking sector. You will represent IDFC FIRST Bank using a consultative, customer-first approach to drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound voice calls to prospective customers to explain, promote, and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Insurance.

• Generate qualified leads, manage customer onboarding, and handle activation as well as customer retention initiatives.

• Address customer queries effectively, maintaining high service quality and bank compliance standards.

• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with team leaders to meet operational and business sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory.

• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 6+ months in BPO, tele-calling, customer service, or insurance sales will receive preference and salary hikes based on past compensation.

• Language & Soft Skills: Good command of spoken English, strong interpersonal communication, sales aptitude, and a polite, customer-centric attitude.

Shift Timings & Benefits:

• Work Schedule: Fixed day shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

• Days Off: Alternate Saturdays off and fixed Sundays off.

• Commute Support: Centralized pick-up and drop facility provided (Thane branch only).
