Target Achievement: Consistently hit month-on-month loan disbursement parameters, login metrics, and portfolio volume targets.
Compliance Checks: Ensure clean document sourcing, credit checklist compliance, and maintain zero-tolerance boundaries for fraudulent logins.

Required Skills & Preferred Profile

Industry Background: Minimum 1 year of core experience in unsecured loan sales, specifically Personal Loans and Business Loans within a bank, NBFC, or DSA ecosystem.
Academic Baseline: Must hold a valid Graduation degree (Mandatory filter for banking payroll onboarding).
