Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive business growth in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new Home Loan and LAP business through field activities and market penetration.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Guide customers throughout the loan process, from sourcing to disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Affordable Housing Loan, Home Loan, or LAP sales.

Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
