Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (General Corporate Shift)

Preferred Industry Background: Banking, BFSI, Debt Recovery Operations, and Contact Center/BPO

We are actively seeking a highly strategic, result-oriented, and dynamic Center Head – Collections to head a large-scale, high-velocity 200-seater Collections Contact Center in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. This executive-level leadership role is exclusively crafted for an industry veteran capable of driving overall center profitability, handling multi-tier client relationships, and accelerating recovery metrics across complex portfolios.

In this position, you will hold absolute bottom-line ownership of the center’s P&L management, business development, cost controls, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must bring 12+ years of extensive operational depth in Banking & NBFC collection cycles, including hard-core write-off portfolios. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Center Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end operational framework of a 200-seater collections contact center, ensuring maximum resource utilization and performance delivery.
• P&L & Financial Governance: Manage center profitability with full accountability for P&L alignment, strict cost controls, budgeting, and operational expense optimization.
• Business Development & Expansion: Drive aggressive business growth by securing new client acquisitions and cross-selling collections capabilities to existing banking and BFSI clients.
• Portfolio & Recovery Management: Direct recovery strategies for complex Banking and Non-Banking portfolios, specializing in critical write-off recovery and high-bucket collections.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary executive touchpoint for client partners, managing performance reviews, service level agreements (SLAs), and process delivery expectations.
• Process Transitions & Compliance: Spearhead seamless new process launches from conceptualization to steady-state execution while auditing existing processes for productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• People & Performance Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing layer of delivery managers and team leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and low attrition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience Blueprint: Minimum 12+ years of core software delivery and leadership history inside Collections BPO operations or specialized retail banking asset recovery setups.
• Domain Subject Matter Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of global/domestic banking collections frameworks, write-off settlement matrices, repossession channels, and standard regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Hands-on experience structuring commercial pricing, evaluating cost-benefit matrices, and directly operating center level P&L balances.
• Interpersonal Strength: Exceptional client presentation capabilities, corporate storytelling traits, sharp stakeholder relationship management, and authoritative people management skills.
