Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer voice calls professionally, addressing service requests, registration checkups, and account-related updates.
• Query Resolution: Listen actively to understand client requirements, troubleshoot day-to-day problems efficiently, and ensure a smooth support experience.
• Data Logging & Reporting: Maintain highly accurate customer interaction sheets and compile clear daily operational reports for management tracking.
• Funnel Follow-ups: Connect with existing accounts periodically to ensure issue closure, maintain service standards, and maximize customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements & Skills

• Language Proficiency: Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a polite, professional syntax and clear vocal dynamics.
• Experience Mapping: Welcome track for Freshers starting out or candidates possessing up to 2 years of core BPO experience.
• Technical Suitability: Basic computer hardware knowledge, typing skills, and familiarity with operational internet browsers and spreadsheets (MS Excel).
• Core Traits: Confident attitude, patience to deal with varying customer profiles, and a high willingness to pick up process metrics quickly.
