URGENT HIRING PROJECT ARCHITECT Job Title: Project Architect Salary: 4.75 6.50 Lacs P. A. Experience: 5+ Years Education: B. Arch / M. Arch in Architecture Industry: Residential / Hospitality Projects We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Architect to lead architectural design and project execution from concept development through project completion. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in residential or hospitality projects and strong knowledge of architectural design, construction drawings, detailing and site execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, developing and reviewing architectural, working and construction drawings. The candidate will coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and landscape consultants as well as contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Regular site inspections will be required to monitor construction quality, design compliance and project progress. The Project Architect will also review materials, shop drawings, construction details and BOQ-related requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations, approvals and project timelines. Strong client communication and project coordination skills are essential for this role. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, while knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage. Good working knowledge of MS Office is also required. Experience working on luxury villas or premium residential developments will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to solar power plant installation, testing, and commissioning Monitor daily progress of work against the project plan and report status to the reporting manager on a daily basis, including photographs of work completed Identify and resolve on-site bottlenecks material shortages, labour issues, technical snags quickly and independently Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation (material inward/outward, attendance, work completion records, photographic evidence) Ensure adherence to safety norms and maintain a safe working environment at the site Manage and motivate on-site teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of milestones Escalate risks, delays, or deviations to management proactively, with clear reasoning and suggested solutions Requirements ITI / Diplomo / 12th or PUC graduates Basics in English and fluent in Kannada (spoken and written) Strong people management skills ability to lead, coordinate, and get work done through site labour and contractors Comfortable with daily reporting and documentation, including photo-based updates (smartphone + MS Excel/Word) Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset someone who drives outcomes rather than waits for instructions

Ø Ability to generate complete discipline drawings with Engineer's supervision Ø Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks within assigned project and to meet required deadlines. Skills & Competencies: Ø Capability of making, reading and following project schedules. Ø Coordinate and teach structural designers to ensure that department related standards are strictly followed. Ø Good technical competency and ability to generate reports with status of his assigned team/tasks.
