We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Cruise Holiday Packages Sales Executives to promote and sell cruise vacation packages to domestic and international customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional holiday experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sell cruise holiday packages and travel-related services to customers
✅ Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries professionally
✅ Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable cruise options
✅ Explain cruise itineraries, cabin categories, onboard facilities, pricing, and special offers
✅ Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
✅ Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
✅ Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Travel Sales, Cruise Sales, Holiday Packages, or International Travel Sales
✔️ Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
✔️ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
✔️ Knowledge of cruise destinations, travel products, and holiday packages preferred
✔️ Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
