Customer Relations Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a polite, confident, and people-oriented Student Communication & Coordination Executive to manage communication with students enrolled in our yoga programs.

Since around 80% of our students are international, the candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. The role requires someone who can communicate naturally and warmly, rather than sending robotic or template-like responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to student and customer emails promptly, professionally, and with a personal and human touch.
• Follow up with interested students regarding their enquiries, registrations, and course participation.
• Build positive, friendly relationships with prospective and enrolled students through regular communication.
• Occasionally make phone calls to Indian students/customers for enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Prepare and share personalised itineraries for students enrolled in yoga classes/programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure students receive the required information regarding their classes, schedules, accommodation, activities, etc.
• Track student enquiries and follow-ups, and ensure no important communication is missed.
• Handle student queries patiently and provide clear and helpful information.
• Maintain a professional yet warm tone in all communication.
• Contribute ideas to improve the student experience and communication process.

The candidate should be able to write emails that do not feel automated or AI-generated. Every communication should make the student feel that they are speaking to a real, caring person who genuinely wants to help them.

We are looking for someone who can turn an enquiry into a relationship, not just reply to an email.
