Operations Executive

We are looking for energetic, confident and customer-focused individuals to join our Operations team as Operations Executives. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
• Connect with customers through provided leads and introduce products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Answer customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately record and maintain customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation and performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards during customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Age: 18 to below 32 years.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and persuasive abilities.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• 6 hours of calling is compulsory.
• Should be flexible to work across different profiles and responsibilities.
• Above-average communication skills are essential.
• Candidates should not have any employment gap.

Qualification & Experience

• HSC Freshers can apply.
• Graduate Freshers can apply.
• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience can be considered.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or a related field will be an advantage.

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Week Off: Rotational
• Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: No night shifts
