Key Job Details

·         Role: Customer Relationship Officer / BPO Executive / Tech Support Associate

·         Experience Required: Fresher (0 - 1 year)

·         Work Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (In-Office)

·         Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Only (Must join within 3–7 days)

·         Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month (Depending on the process, communication levels, and shifts)

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹2,40,000 to ₹5,40,000 per annum (CTC) + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

·         Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chats to resolve customer queries and complaints.

·         Problem Solving: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and scripts.

·         Data Management: Log customer interactions, update customer account details, and process files accurately in the CRM database.

·         Quality Maintenance: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) while adhering to company quality and compliance standards.

Required Eligibility & Skills

·         Education: Higher Secondary (10+2), Graduation (Any Stream), or Post-Graduation.

·         Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. (Fluency in Hindi/Bengali is an added advantage for domestic operations).

·         Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in dynamic environments, including night shifts or rotational rosters (5-day work week with 2 rotational off days).

·         Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications, fast typing speed, and data entry comfort.
