Email Marketing Executive (Lead Generation Executive)

Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for SEO services through bulk email marketing.
• Send a high volume of targeted emails on a daily basis.
• Manage and maintain multiple email IDs for mass email campaigns.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing, prospecting, and other online sources.
• Identify potential clients and businesses that may require SEO services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases and track outreach activities and responses.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead-generation and business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in lead generation for SEO/digital marketing services.
• Proven experience generating business through bulk email marketing and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting.
• Ability to send a large volume of targeted emails daily while maintaining quality and personalization.
• Experience managing 200–300+ active email IDs for mass mailing campaigns.
• Self-starter, target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Highly committed and result-oriented towards assigned responsibilities.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, knowledge, and lead-generation performance.
• Additional incentives for achieving or exceeding lead-generation targets.
