The selected professional will prospect high-value leads, pitch our product and service offerings, negotiate commercial contracts, and build long-lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and prospect high-potential business clients, retail merchants, or corporate accounts across assigned territories. • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, in-person client visits, or executive sales presentations. • Understand client business requirements and propose tailored commercial solutions to maximize conversion rates. • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation, pipeline tracking, contract negotiation to deal closure. • Maintain comprehensive sales CRM records, client interaction logs, and pipeline revenue forecasts. • Coordinate with operations, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client transitions. Required Skills and Qualifications • Graduate / Post Graduate in Any Stream or MBA in Marketing / Sales. • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in B2B corporate sales, direct field sales, or retail banking. • Outstanding negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter mentality with high drive to exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets. • Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous for field sales positions.
