We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Supervisor who can help expand our housekeeping business by visiting offices, commercial establishments, residential societies, and other organizations to generate housekeeping service contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to manage housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Visit assigned offices, companies, residential societies, and commercial locations to introduce housekeeping services
✅ Generate leads and secure housekeeping service contracts
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
✅ Conduct site visits and understand client housekeeping requirements
✅ Prepare and submit daily visit and follow-up reports
✅ Coordinate with management during contract negotiations and onboarding
✅ Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure service quality at client sites
✅ Monitor housekeeping operations and maintain service standards

Requirements:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Facility Management, Housekeeping Supervision, or Business Development
✔️ Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
✔️ Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
