Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Net Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 P.A. (Depending on performance and skills)

Key Responsibilities

·         Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, introduce premium products/services, and guide them through the buying process dynamically.

·         Lead Conversion: Drive front-counter product presentation, pitch active offers, and successfully hit daily sales targets.

·         Relationship Management: Assist retail customers with their queries, provide post-purchase clarity, and collect valuable service feedback.

·         Floor Presentation: Keep the front-end sales area organized, verify price tags, and ensure accurate visual merchandise display.

·         Daily Sales Logging: Maintain record books or CRM entries of visitor footfall, hot leads, and successful daily checkouts.

Requirements & Eligibility

·         Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) in any stream.

·         Core Skills: Outgoing personality, high energy, prompt learning agility, and confident verbal speech in Hindi/Basic English.

·         Availability: Prepared to begin immediately and adaptable to flexible retail floor operational hours.
