About the Opportunity

An upcoming logistics company is seeking experienced HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to manage end-to-end recruitment across its Gurugram and Chennai operations.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation, or allied industries, along with strong sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Drive recruitment for logistics, fleet management, transportation, and operational positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and periodic hiring reports.

- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics, fleet management, or transportation.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.

- Strong sourcing, coordination, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
