About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with qualified IT professionals for various technical positions.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other online platforms.

• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.

• Conduct Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify candidates.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/database.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

• Manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.

• Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer/joining process when required.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring activity.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

• Good understanding of IT roles and technical skills.

• Experience using LinkedIn and online job portals.

• Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interviewing and candidate-screening skills.

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in IT consulting, IT staffing, recruitment agencies, contract staffing, or US IT recruitment are preferred.
