About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who want to build their careers in Human Resources and Recruitment. This internship provides practical, hands-on training and exposure to real-time recruitment projects under the guidance of our team.

Interns will receive structured training, practical industry experience, and an internship completion certificate upon successfully meeting the program requirements.

This is a performance-based internship with an opportunity to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position based on individual performance and organizational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Create and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Support onboarding and other HR-related activities.

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Willingness to work from our office in Bhopal.

Performance Evaluation

Performance will be assessed based on learning ability, sourcing productivity, candidate coordination, communication skills, consistency, professionalism, and overall contribution to the recruitment team.
