Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 P.A. (Based on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

·         Store Operations: Support day-to-day retail floor activities, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure product stock visibility.

·         Inventory Management: Assist with stock audits, scanning incoming shipments, updating logs, and monitoring shelf replenishment.

·         Customer Relations: Greet walk-in customers, resolve product queries, and provide an excellent floor-shopping experience.

·         Billing Assistance: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, process manual or digital cash transactions, and generate retail receipts accurately.

·         Reporting: Maintain daily logs of footfall, stock shortages, and total sales reports to hand over to the Store Manager.

Requirements & Eligibility

·         Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary Pass (12th Pass) in any discipline.

·         Skills: Basic numerical skills, operating mobile/billing devices, and clear verbal communication.

·         Aptitude: Fast learner, positive attitude on the sales floor, and readiness to work retail shifts.
