HR Executive in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews• Coordinate onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records and personal files• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing• Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are updated and audit-ready• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day administrative and compliance tasks
Requirements:• Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment support• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation practices• Eager to learn with a proactive and organized approach• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
