• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support daily recruitment and HR operations.
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain quality hiring standards.
