Job Summary

We are hiring a Fresher Interior Site Supervisor in Mumbai to support the execution and supervision of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, willing to learn, comfortable working at project sites, and able to coordinate effectively with workers, vendors, contractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior work at project sites.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
• Understand and follow interior drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Check workmanship, measurements, materials, and finishing quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of materials at the site.
• Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager/Senior Site Supervisor.
• Coordinate with vendors and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify site-related issues and assist in resolving them.
• Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards.
• Ensure interior work is executed as per approved designs and project requirements.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior design, construction, or site execution will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD/interior drawings is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites in Mumbai.
• Strong interest in building a career in interior site supervision and project execution.
