Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for our International BPO Antivirus
Subscription Sales Process in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience
in international voice process, inbound sales, technical sales, subscription
sales, and customer handling. Candidates with excellent communication skills
and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Sell antivirus software subscriptions and renewal plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Upsell and cross-sell subscription packages.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in International BPO Sales.
• Experience in Antivirus Subscription Sales or Technical Sales.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
