·         Role: Logistics Executive / Hub Operations Associate / Delivery Coordinator

·         Experience Required: Fresher (0 - 1 year)

·         Work Location: Howrah, Kolkata (On-site / Hub Operations)

·         Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Only (Must join within 3 to 5 days)

·         Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on evaluation and interview)

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum (CTC) + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

·         Inbound & Outbound Sorting: Assist in receiving, scanning, sorting, and logging incoming shipments and parcels inside the local distribution hub.

·         Delivery Coordination: Assign daily delivery routes to field executives and update transit sheets to ensure timely dispatch.

·         Inventory Tracking: Maintain an accurate real-time digital log of warehouse stock using inventory scanning tools and basic computer sheets.

·         RTO Management: Process Return-to-Origin (RTO) parcels carefully, verifying product tags and reasons for return before logging them back into the warehouse inventory.

·         Problem Solving: Support delivery riders by resolving delivery address updates or tracking app discrepancies over phone support.

Required Eligibility & Skills

·         Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.).

·         Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of operating smartphones, scanning devices, and entering basic data on computers (MS Excel/Google Sheets).

·         Traits: High physical energy, a strong sense of punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.

·         Language: Understanding of local languages (Bengali/Hindi) to seamlessly coordinate with local delivery fleets.
